Mission:

High Vibe Sister is a virtual weight loss coaching service that helps women lose weight and feel confident + sexy in their body by building healthy, sustainable habits in nutrition, fitness, mindfulness & self-love.

It works because it’s a unique combination of mindset, food, fitness, & self-love tactics based on my unique journey & experiences coaching women to embody a lifestyle change that helps them lose weight sustainably, build confidence, and take them off the diet roller coaster for good.

It’s different from everything else you’ve tried because it’s actually designed for busy women who are struggling to make long-term change. Unlike fad or quick-fix  programs that cause deprivation and burnout, we get right to the root of the individual issues yo-yo dieters face so you can build effective habits and ACTUALLY get results.

Pillar #1: LIFESTYLE OVER DIETS:

You need to approach weight loss as a lifestyle change, not as a diet.  This allows you to create sustainable long-term habits that encompass moderation and tackles the root of weight gain. When you do this right, you can get fit and enjoy a healthier way of living without the discouraging feelings of restriction and FOMO that keep you in a cycle of failed weight loss attempts. 


 

Pillar#2: MANAGE YOUR MIND:

The second thing you need is a mindset shift. Most women are starting off their weight loss attempts from a place of self-loathing, guilt and shame which makes them start their journey begrudgingly, with negative expectations. When you feel like losing weight is going to be the most unbearable experience, it will be, and you will give up. Even though this process takes time, patience and commitment, you’re working toward becoming your best, most confident self to live your best life and rid yourself of the negative impacts your weight has on your personal and professional life. It’s an exciting future to look toward and it’s an act of self-love to take the necessary steps to get you there. 

 

Pillar #3: SUSTAINABLE LONG-TERM STRATEGY:

The third thing you need is a proven plan and know how to implement it in a way that will last a lifetime. Eating 1,000 calories or doing a “10 Day Detox” is not a long-term sustainable solution for weight loss. Having a solid game plan makes for easier adherence and will leave you feeling strong, nourished and energetic, not overexerted, tired and deprived. Rather than getting caught up in quick fix solutions that don’t get you results and lead to weight regain, having a sustainable long-term strategy will help you lose weight, feel great, and keep it off.

How it all began...

Greetings! :)

My name is Jihan. For years, I have served as a useful source to those seeking weight loss inspiration, help, or advice. As a "High Vibe Sister," I decided to own that role and be intentional about it.

 

My passion in the health & wellness realm was inspired by my own 75-lb weight loss journey I took on almost five years ago. At the beginning of 2017, I was at my wit’s end with being overweight. Prior to then, I had lived the last ten years of my life with obesity. I tried many diets and programs throughout that time but had never made any real long-term progress. I struggled with unsustainable roller-coaster diets, losing and regaining weight. Everything I tried was an attempted quick fix to a long-term problem, and nothing I did ever addressed the real problems, which were my mindset, habits and lifestyle. I knew that real change never takes place until we’ve gotten to the point where we’ve truly had enough, and in 2017, I’d had enough.

 

I decided to spend my energy learning how to build sustainable healthy habits through nutrition, fitness, mindfulness and self-love, and after a year, I successfully lost 75 lbs and have kept it off since by adhering to my healthy habits built in these four areas. It took taking things one day at a time, trusting in the process, not giving up or putting it off, staying consistent, and seeing it out through the end to see success. I know the marvelous impact my weight loss had on my life which is what led me to getting certified to help bring life-changing results to others.

I founded High Vibe Sister with a mission to give others a taste of what I put into practice to elevate my health and happiness, and I have been at it ever since. As an ACE certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist & Group Fitness Instructor, w/ additional focus on weight management & behavioral change, I am able to complement my proven methods to expand my health coaching services. Let me share my secrets with you.
