Health is multi-dimensional, and my programs approach it as such. Simply eating restrictive foods or spending hours exercising doesn't bring lasting results. Wellbeing is achieved from a unique combination of improved mindset, food, fitness, sleep, stress management, hormonal balance, self-care and more, and each affects the other. Most other programs are composed of strenuous exercise and a ridiculous diet, which throws the body even more out of whack. They aren't designed for long-term results and only scratch the surface which keeps you stuck in a cycle of getting nowhere.
Unlike fad or quick-fix programs that overpromise and underdeliver, I help you get right to the root of your individual challenges so you can build simple effective habits and ACTUALLY get results.

1: LIFESTYLE OVER DIETS:
Approach health and weight loss as a lifestyle change, not a "diet." Generally, diet implies something that's overly restrictive and short-term...a means to an end. Most "dieters" regain weight after ending their diet by resuming old habits. With a lifestyle change, you can establish healthy eating patterns that includes all foods which allow you to achieve optimal health without the discouraging feelings of deprivation and FOMO that keep you in a cycle of failed weight loss attempts.
2: MANAGE YOUR MIND:
A mindset shift is a must. Most women begin their health or weight loss attempts from a place of self-loathing, guilt, shame and need, which makes them start their journey begrudgingly, with negative expectations. When you feel like losing weight and being healthier is going to be the most unbearable experience, it will be, and you will give up. Even though this process takes time, patience and commitment, you’re working toward becoming your best self to live your best life and rid yourself of the negative impacts your weight or health has on your personal and professional life. It’s an exciting future to look toward and it’s an act of self-love to take the necessary steps to get you there.
3: SUSTAINABLE LONG-TERM STRATEGY:
Have a proven plan and know how to implement it in a way that will last a lifetime. Eating 1,000 calories or doing a “10 Day Detox” is not a long-term sustainable solution for anyone. Having a simple, comprehensive plan makes for easier adherence and will leave you feeling strong, nourished and energetic... not overexerted, tired and deprived. Rather than getting caught up in quick fix solutions that keep you stuck, having a sustainable long-term strategy will help you achieve the health and happiness you desire once and for all.

How it all began...
My name is Jihan. For years, I have served as a useful source to those seeking health and weight loss inspiration, help, or advice. In 2020, I decided to own that role and be intentional about it, creating High Vibe Sister, creating a space where women could optimize their health and wellbeing, a "High Vibe" lifestyle.
My passion in the health & wellness realm was inspired by my own 75-lb weight loss journey I took on almost five years ago. At the beginning of 2017, I was at my wit’s end with being overweight and facing the possibility of being on insulin if I didn't do something about my health. Prior to then, I had lived the last ten years of my life with obesity and prediabetes. I tried many diets and programs throughout that time but had never made any real long-term progress. I struggled with unsustainable roller-coaster diets, losing and regaining weight. Everything I tried was an attempted quick fix to a long-term problem, and nothing I did ever addressed the real problems, which were my mindset, habits and lifestyle. I knew that real change never takes place until we’ve gotten to the point where we’ve truly had enough, and in 2017, I’d had enough.
I decided to spend my energy learning how to build sustainable healthy habits through mindset, nutrition, fitness, mindfulness and self-love & care, and after a year, I successfully lost 75 lbs and have kept it off since by adhering to my healthy habits built in these areas. It took taking things one day at a time, trusting in the process, not giving up or putting it off, staying consistent, and seeing it out through the end to see success. I know the marvelous impact my weight loss had on my life which is what led me to getting certified to help bring life-changing results to others.
I founded High Vibe Sister with a mission to give others a taste of what I put into practice to elevate my health and happiness, and I have been at it ever since. As an ACE certified Health Coach, Fitness Nutrition Specialist & Group Fitness Instructor, w/ specializations in weight management & behavioral change, I am able to complement my proven methods to expand my coaching services.
