Dairy Free? Grain Free? Other?

It's more than understood that everyone's body reacts differently to foods and not everyone can eat everything in every category on the eating healthy pyramid. While food sources play a role, the amount and quality of your macronutrients (carbs, proteins, fats) can be seen as more important than it's source.
