VEGETARIAN & VEGAN

The vegetarian and vegan diet is another lifestyle diet that ranks highly on our list, especially when it comes to raising your vibration. Many clients who have felt their best and had the greatest vibrational shits, are or were living as vegan at the time. However, their experience might not translate to everyone. Not all bodies are the same and not all diet types the same. There are 4 types of vegetarians:

  • Lacto-ovo vegetarians: Vegetarians who don't consume animal flesh, but do eat dairy and egg products.

  • Lacto vegetarians: Vegetarians who don't consume animal flesh and eggs, but do eat dairy products.

  • Ovo vegetarians: Vegetarians who don't consume animal products and dairy products, but do eat eggs.

  • Vegans: Vegetarians who don't consume any animal or animal-derived products.

 

Many people believe that vegetarian and vegan diets are automatically healthy and they couldn't be more wrong. There are so many refined & processed snacks, meals and products that are high in unhealthy fats and sugar.
