Who is this program for?
1. Women who are looking to make lifestyle changes to improve their wellbeing and manage chronic illness and comorbid conditions. This includes but is not limited to: Obesity, Cardiovascular Disease, Hypertension, Diabetes, Depression and Anxiety, and Chronic Stress. Too much of the time, people are diagnosed with a chronic condition, given pills and left with the advice of "Just eat better and exercise." This vague information leaves people frustrated and confused on how to effectively improve and manage their specific conditions since many conditions require specialized eating patterns and exercise techniques. This program helps you connect the dots and get the support and individualized attention most doctors are too busy to give.
2. This program is ALSO for women who simply want to improve wellbeing a specific area(s) of their health, unrelated to medical conditions and weight loss. Health Coaching supports you in making self-directed lifestyle changes for optimal health and well-being. YOU are in the drivers seat and we find and commit to an area of health YOU feel is most important right now.
Tailored 1:1 weekly sessions and a customizable, actionable plan for you to start and continue moving in the right direction your health goal. We find and commit to what works for YOU, adjusting and adapting over time. Eating patterns that work for (not against) your body are included (should you opt to use them). You'll receive access to my exclusive digital resources that include a break down of how to approach: mindset, nutrition, fitness, sleep, stress management, mindfulness, social situations, environment, travel, self-love & self-care, habit building and weight control --as it relates to establishing healthy lifestyle and weight loss. (Yes, weight loss material is included because many comorbid conditions are the effects of weight gain and weight management affects most conditions.) You'll also receive my endless love and support as an accountability partner.
Why is this program different?
Health is unique and multi-dimensional, and my programs approach it as such. Following general health programs doesn't bring lasting results because they're too broad to account for individual needs. Together we find what works for YOU and commit to that. Many programs will give you a one-size-fits-all diet and exercise plan, but neglect other factors that greatly impact wellbeing too such as mindset, stress, sleep and hormones. They only scratch the surface by not addressing habit change which keeps you stuck in a cycle of getting nowhere. Optimal health is achieved through comprehensive wellbeing.
My program is not just a means to an end, but one that helps women truly elevate their life. I don't do quick-fix coaching, but instead help you get right to the root of your individual challenges so you can build simple effective habits and ACTUALLY get results.
